Agua de Jamaica Hibiscus Water Recipe

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- ½ cup sugar or to taste
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
4. Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
