Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine lime juice, half of the sliced serrano peppers, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. 3. Pour the blended lime juice mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve chilled, garnished with avocado slices and remaining serrano peppers.
