Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ahi tuna, sushi-grade diced into small cubes
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. 2. Add the diced Ahi tuna to the bowl and gently mix to coat the tuna with the sauce.
  3. 3. Add the sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Mix gently.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
