- 2 medium zucchinis sliced thin
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 large eggs beaten

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Dip zucchini slices into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
Place the coated zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
