Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
