Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
