Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 1 Egg Fried or scrambled
- 1 slice Cheese Optional
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
2. While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and prepare the egg as desired (fried or scrambled).
3. Once the bread is toasted, layer the avocado slices on one slice of bread.
4. Place the cooked egg on top of the avocado slices.
5. Add the cheese slice if using, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
