  • 1 pcs Tomato diced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado flesh.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, tomato, and red onion.
  3. 3. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Gently toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
