Bacon and Cheese Quiche

- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 4 units Eggs beaten
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
