Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Rainbow trout fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 lemon Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the trout fillets in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
Drizzle olive oil over the trout fillets.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place lemon slices and minced garlic on top of the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
