  • 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
