Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
3. Add beef cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
4. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each.
5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
