Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 4 Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in tomato paste, cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
