Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in tomato paste, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
