Beef Stroganoff Recipe
A classic Russian dish made with tender beef and a creamy mushroom sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
2. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
4. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir well. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Return beef to the skillet, add sour cream, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
6. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
