- 1 cup Milk

- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
