Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta any short pasta
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
