Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Crumble the cooked bacon over the top of the salad and serve immediately.
