- 2 whole Branzino fish cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the branzino fish and pat dry with paper towels.
Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with additional lemon slices and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
