  • ½ cup Tapioca Pearls
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
  3. 3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup and stir to coat.
  4. 4. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two glasses.
  5. 5. Pour milk over the tapioca pearls and stir to combine.
  6. 6. Serve with bubble tea straws and enjoy!
