Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.
Place the coated florets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
