Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Ribeye or Sirloin thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 small Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and onion.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to ensure all the beef is coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it's fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
