  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
