Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
2. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
