This marinade will make your carne asada flavorful and tender.

Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- ½ cup Cilantro chopped
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
Place your meat in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it's well-coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
