Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
  2. Place your meat in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it's well-coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
