- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 1 cup Raisins
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the carrot and raisin mixture and toss to coat evenly.
