  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk well.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. 5. Fold the other half over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese melts.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
