Chicken and Gnocchi Soup Recipe

- 1 lb Chicken breast diced
- 1 package Gnocchi
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and fresh spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
