Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, and frozen peas.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
