Salad Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts grilled and sliced
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth.
4. Add the sliced chicken to the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Toss to combine.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
