Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • ½ cup Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. 3. Dip the chicken in beaten eggs.
  4. 4. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
