Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Lay out the tortillas and place a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce.
Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
