Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and place a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
