Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
6. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
7. Serve hot.
