Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Carrot, julienned
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve hot over steamed rice.
