Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
