Chilaquiles Recipe

- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Salsa
- ½ cup Crumbled cheese (like queso fresco or feta)
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 Fried eggs (optional)
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Add the tortilla chips and salsa to the skillet. Stir to coat the chips with salsa.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chips are softened.
Top with crumbled cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
If using, add fried eggs on top.
