  • 8 oz Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • ½ cup Crumbled cheese (like queso fresco or feta)
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 Fried eggs (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the tortilla chips and salsa to the skillet. Stir to coat the chips with salsa.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chips are softened.
  4. Top with crumbled cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
  5. If using, add fried eggs on top.
