Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 6 slices Bread, cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a greased baking dish, layer bread cubes, cooked sausage, and cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
