Ingredients

  • 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • ½ cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 units Hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes and chopped eggs to the bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
