Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad Recipe

Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 pieces Anchovy fillets minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Salad
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Add the chopped romaine lettuce to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
Top with croutons and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
