Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
While the sauce is simmering, cook the hot dogs according to package instructions.
Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with the beef mixture.
If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onions on top.
