- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 6 large Flour Tortillas
- 6 small Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions.
3. Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
4. Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add a scoop of seasoned beef in the center.
5. Layer with a small corn tortilla, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
6. Fold the edges of the large flour tortilla towards the center to create a wrap.
7. Cook the wrap in a skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
