  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 200 g Corned beef thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. 4. Add corned beef and Swiss cheese on top of the bread slices in the skillet.
  5. 5. Spread mustard on the unbuttered side of the remaining bread slices and place them on top of the sandwiches, butter side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
