- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 units eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon butter for frying
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, and sugar.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
Pour batter into the pan, forming small pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
