Cream of Wheat Semolina Porridge Recipe

- 1 cup semolina
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle boil.
2. Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
3. Add sugar and salt, continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
5. Serve warm, optionally topped with fruits or nuts.
