Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine ground pork, milk, and onion.
  2. 2. Add salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. 3. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 90 minutes until the mixture is thickened.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until firm.
