- 2 large cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl and toss to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
