Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Cucumbers sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and toss again.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld.
