  • 2 units Cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then, rinse and drain well.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until the sugar dissolves.
  4. 4. Add the cucumbers to the vinegar mixture and toss to coat.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
