- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add chicken pieces and cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
