Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add chicken pieces and cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
