- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Diced Ham
- ¼ cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
- ¼ cup Diced Onion
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the edges start to set, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot.
