  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 bag Doritos crushed
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow the packet instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
