  • 0.5 cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for the skillet

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place the cast iron skillet in the oven to heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling to coat the pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and return it to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
