- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, and diced bell pepper to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
